Online Orders are typically processed the day of purchase or the following business day. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-779-8826. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm central standard time. If your order has already shipped you may return items once they are received. Please refer to Superior’s return policy below.
After Superior Products has been delivered, returns can be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and must be in the original packaging. Superior Products will NOT accept returns containing items that are manufactured by another party OR resold/relabeled.

Customers are responsible for paying for all return shipping costs and please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After Superior Products receives your return, you will be notified via email that you return has been received and if your return has been accepted or rejection.
When a return is accepted, the following will be offered: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or a remedy determined in good faith that is appropriate in the circumstance.
If delivery is refused due to customer wanting a refund you will not be refunded shipping cost.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
Superior Products offers several monthly specials and discounts throughout the calendar year. These specials and discounts cannot be combined or stacked unless otherwise noted in the special.
For example, we off new customers a one-time 10% off for signing up for our email newsletter. This offer is not to be combined with a monthly 30% off product (no double dipping). You could however save the new customer 10% off offer for another order and just take advantage of the 30% off discount.
We love to give back to our customers and also offer new ways for new customers to purchase our products. Look for new specials and discounts throughout the year!!
