These standards are established to ensure consistency, service quality, and long-term success for our distributor partners.

Requirements

• Minimum Monthly Order:
  A minimum purchase of $2,500 per month, calculated after the 35% distributor product discount.
• Freight Discount:
  Distributors receive 35% off freight charges.
• Payment Terms:
  All orders must be paid in full by credit card prior to leaving our facility.
• Shipping Requirements:
  Orders must be shipped to a commercial business location capable of receiving freight deliveries.
  If a business address is not available, freight will be shipped to a local freight terminal for customer pickup.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

• Failure to satisfy any of the above requirements, including the minimum monthly purchase requirement, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the distributorship, at the sole discretion of Superior Products.
• Superior Products reserves the right to withhold future order fulfillment for accounts that are not in good standing.
